Water Tower Maintenance

As part of our normal maintenance for the City of Avoca water system, the tower on E LaVista Dr. will be isolated from the rest of the distribution system.

Maintenance will be performed beginning Friday April 5, 2024.

The tower will be drained, maintained and painted.  This could last the entire month of April. During this time you may experience changes in your water pressure and also a slight discoloration of the water. If this doesn't clear up within a couple of days, please notify City Hall at 712-343-2424 option 1

We apologize for any temporary inconvenience you may experience, this maintenance is necessary to maintain a good water supply.
